Dairy Free Strawberry Vanilla Chia Pudding
If you are thinking this recipe is an ordinary Chia seed pudding, you wouldn’t be entirely right. This recipe has the NATERA Hemp seed Heart added to it. Besides being very healthy, this recipe tastes really great on salads and in muffins. Try it out!
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Vanilla protein pudding:
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 ½ cups lite coconut milk
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
3 tbsp. NATERA Maple Hemp Seed Hearts
3 tbsp. WestPoint natural chia seeds
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
1.Turn in the vanilla extract, coconut milk, and 2 tbsp. maple syrup, mix very well.
2.Stir in hemp hearts and chia seeds and stir until just combined.
3.Cover pudding and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Pudding will thicken as it chills.
4.Just before serving, dice strawberries and coat with teaspoon maple syrup.
5.In serving dishes, layer pudding, and strawberries. Repeat layers.
6.Serve chilled and enjoy!
Apple Pecan Hemp Hearts Granola
If you are new the world of hemp hearts, the Apple Pecan Hemp Hearts granola is a great way to introduce hemp to your diet. It comes packed with healthy ingredients like oats, pecans, Hemp Hearts, and whole-grain. This recipe never fails to make breakfast a memorable one.
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg white, whipped (optional)
½ Natera Hemp Hearts
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup unsweetened dried apple rings, chopped
1 ½ cups pecans, chopped
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
3 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
1.Firstly, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. While heating, in a large bowl, mix Natera Hemp Hearts, cinnamon and rolled oats. Mixed until combined.
2.Top with coconut oil, applesauce, honey, vanilla extract and egg white. Stir until oat mixture is well coated.
3.Line a large baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat. Spread granola on baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes. Flip granola as well as you can and bake for another 15 minutes. When done, let in pan to cool completely.
4.Just before serving, add in dried apple rings and enjoy. Can last for up to 2 weeks if stored in airtight container.
