  • Medjool pitted dates: 1 ½ cups
  • Walnut pieces (raw): ½ cup
  • Shredded carrots: ½ cup
  • Natera Hemp seeds: ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
  • Ground ginger: ½ teaspoon
  • Nutmeg: 1/8 teaspoon
  • Rolled oats: 2/3 cup 
  • Chopped apples: 1

Directions:
1.Process all ingredients in your food processor or blender.
2.Pulse 5 to 7 times and process to make a thick mixture. The mixture should form a large ball.
3.If the mixture is wet, you can add extra dates to make this mixture sticky to form balls.
4.Make almost 14 to 16 balls and put in your fridge for almost 15 minutes to set.
5.Serve chilled and put leftover balls in your freezer.
