  • 1½ tsp. Moringa leaf powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange-peeled
  • 1 cup filtered water or coconut water


  • ¼ avocado peeled
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 strawberry


1.Throw in all the ingredients into a blender, cover and blend until smooth.

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Moringa leaf powder


1.Put all the ingredients except the Moringa leaf powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
2.After blending, turn in the Moringa powder and mix.
