Maple Hemp Seed Chia Pudding

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 6

Vanilla protein pudding: 
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 ½ cups lite coconut milk
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
3 tbsp. NATERA Maple Hemp Seed Hearts 
3 tbsp. WestPoint natural chia seeds

Strawberry Layer:
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

1.Turn in the vanilla extract, coconut milk, and 2 tbsp. maple syrup, mix very well. 
2.Stir in hemp hearts and chia seeds and stir until just combined.
3.Cover pudding and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Pudding will thicken as it chills.
4.Just before serving, dice strawberries and coat with teaspoon maple syrup.
5.In serving dishes, layer pudding, and strawberries. Repeat layers. 
6.Serve chilled and enjoy!
