  • Almond or vanilla coconut milk: 8 ounces
  • Ground chia seeds: 2/3 cup
  • Hemp protein 369 vanilla caramel: 1 scoop
  • Espresso or brewed coffee: 2 ounces
  • Caramel syrup: 1 tablespoons
  • Optional Ingredients:
  • Honey
  • Banana

1.Blend milk, coffee, and protein together. Keep this mixture aside.
2.Pour almost 1/3 cup of chia seed in two bowls. Pour milk blend over chia seed and mix well to equally blend chia seeds in milk blend.
3.Equally divide caramel syrup between both bowls. Keep these bowls in our fridge for almost 4 to 6 hours or even overnight.
4.If you need extra thickness and sweetness, blend banana in milk mixture and stir in honey as per taste.
5.Top chia pudding with nuts, oats, instant coffee or granola.
